Delivery
Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has
been received. Delivery generally takes 2-3 working days from cleared
payment although this can sometimes be quicker. All Teddyfones are sent by
DHL 48hour delivery service. Please do not contact us to chase a delivery
before 3 working days have elapsed. All prices on our website are exclusive
of delivery charges unless otherwise stated, which will be added to the
price of the products at our checkout.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn
at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge
you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However,
we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may
suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Refund Policy
Claims for refunds on damaged goods MUST be notified within 48hours.
If, after taking delivery, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with
your purchase, or the product is unsuitable, we are happy to replace your
purchase, or issue a refund if requested within 7days of delivery. The only
request we make is that the product is returned as new, unopened, in the
original packaging and fit for transportation. On return of the product, you
will receive a full refund less carriage costs. It is the customer's
responsibility to arrange return the product and must CALL before returning
any items.
Privacy Policy
Your visit to our site is anonymous (no personal information about you is
recorded or gathered) unless you place an order, fill in a survey or other
form requesting information.
We use return email addresses and telephone contact details to answer the
email or telephone queries and orders we receive. Such addresses and
telephone numbers are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with
outside parties.
We use the information you provide about yourself or anyone else when
placing an order only to complete that order, ship the product and confirm
delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to
the extent necessary to complete that order.
E&OE
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty
changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at
the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
