This mobile phone was designed from the ground up for parents of
pre-teens who would like to provide a mobile phone for their children or
others, yet be in total control of call costs, to whom calls can be made and
also be able to locate the whereabouts of the phone and its user if need be.
The phone has an in-built GPS function so the parents can not
only call to but can also track the location of the phone using the bundled
software CD or using a website GPS tracking service.
This mobile device is unique in that it can allow the phone user
to only call the parent-defined names stored in SIM phone book and so allows
the bill-payer to limit the phone usage.
The Quiet Mode can also be setup to avoid any calling-in during
eg. during class or meetings, friendly for schools and businesses.
The phone has an inbuilt text facility that only allows certain
pre-defined messages to be sent to any number stored in the phone, to limit
the abuse of text messaging and enabling closer control on usage.
Geofence:
Can set up a maximum distance user is allowed to be away from a
certain location, if exceeded a text message will be sent to the 'parent'
phone, Select the range of 100M, 200M, 500M, 1000M, 2000M
GPS Clock:
At certain dates and times a text message can be sent
automatically logging the users exact GPS location.
SOS functionality:
Press both SOS keys on the side of the handset, and it will send
predefined SOS SMS to these predefined phone numbers.
